 Home Report, Photographs and Floor plan

We aim to arrange for the Home Report, photographs and floor plan to be carried out simultaneously in order to save you time and hassle. We will advise you on property presentation and can help you 'stage' the property on the day.

 Pricing and Marketing

Once a price has been agreed and you have approved your Home Report and brochure, marketing can commence. Our properties receive maximum marketing exposure across a full range of property portals: ESPC, Rightmove, Zoopla and s1homes as well as our website, social media and in the windows of our branches.

 Viewings

The majority of sellers tend to conduct their own viewings and these can be arranged either via appointment or as an open viewing. We will advise you on the best way to manage your viewings and how to answer tricky questions from buyers. For your convenience, we also offer a professional viewing service.
